Passport to Wellness Inquiry View and How to Scan Pass.

Expand or collapse content HOW TO SCAN A CUSTOMER IN WITHOUT A KEYFOB
  1. Open the "Menu".
  2. In the search bar, enter "Visit".
  3. Select "Pass Visit Processing".

  • Option 1: in "Visit Processing - No Household", enter the customers keyfob number in the blank space provided and hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

  • Option 2:
  1. in "Visit Processing - No Household", enter the customers LAST,FIRST name in the blank space provided.
  2. Click "Name Lookup"

  • The "Pass Visit Person Lookup" will prompt and select the correct customer.

  • The Pass visit for "M-NCPPC Passport to Wellness" will prompt. Click "Continue".

  • The pass will scan in and the "Status" column will display "Swiped In".

Expand or collapse content HOW TO INQUIRY PASSES IN GLOBAL SALES
  1. Open the "Menu".
  2. Under "Favorites", select "Global Sales".

  1. In "Global Sales Lookup", use the search engine to locate the customer.
  2. Highlight and select the customer

In "Global Sales" under the "Family Member Selection".

  1. Click the "Household Option" drop down menu.
  2. Select the "HH Inquiry" option.

  • In "Household Inquiry":
  1. Highlight the customer.
  2. Select the "Passes" option.

Here in "Pass Household Detail Inquiry" is where you can locate all pass.
