Clients may pay for services with gift cards that have been issued to them. Processing these payments is similar to all other methods.
Select Gift Card - Gift Card as the pay code and enter the gift card number in the Gift Certificate Number field.
Is the gift card was issued from our old database, the number begins with "SL". DO NOT INCLUDE SL when keying in gift cards of this type. Only enter the numbers from the card.
After payment is processed the receipt will identify the remaining balance of the gift card (if any):
If a gift card can NOT cover the entire cost of the purchase, you will receive a warning message:
To use the funds of the gift card, enter alternate partial payment methods first and click the Add Payment button:
Once other payment methods have been added, add the gift card payment.
Click "Process" to finalize the payment.
