Amusement Park Trip Roster by Facility

PARKS DIRECT currently doesn't have a way to sort the Summer Camp Amusement Park trip service items by facility; however, there is an option to retrieve this data.

1. Launch PARKS DIRECT and select Reporting > Report Output Listing on the sidebar menu.

2. Type Amusement in the Description box and press Enter on your keyboard.

3. Select Module/Group: POS Service Item - Sales

4. Select Amusement Park Trip Roster

5. Select Run Report

6. Select Continue on the pop-up box.

7. Choose the trip that you wish to run the report for and select Process.

9. Ensure that the CSV (Raw Data) box is selected and select Continue.

11. You will see your file pop up in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen when the file is done. Click the file to open it in Excel.

You will see the following information once the file opens.

12. Select Column D which has all the locations and click Sort & Filter. Then scroll down and select Filter.

You can click the drop-down area and select the location you are looking for. For example, this is what the report looks like for Glenarden Community Center:
