Returning a Security Deposit

When a facility rental is complete, it is up to the facility to return the security deposit (if necessary).

  1. With the household selected in Global Sales, click the Purchase History tab.
  2. Click the appropriate rental item to select it. Filtering the 'Module' column to FR (Facility Reservation) may help find it quickly.
  3. Click Update Fees.
  4. Select Deposit Refund.

A window appears where you may select exactly how much of the deposit you are returning. It is here that you may assess cancellation fees or charge extra damage/custodial fees by way of deposit forfeiture. Click Continue to place the refund into the customer's shopping cart.
