When a facility rental is complete, it is up to the facility to return the security deposit (if necessary).
- With the household selected in Global Sales, click the Purchase History tab.
- Click the appropriate rental item to select it. Filtering the 'Module' column to FR (Facility Reservation) may help find it quickly.
- Click Update Fees.
- Select Deposit Refund.
A window appears where you may select exactly how much of the deposit you are returning. It is here that you may assess cancellation fees or charge extra damage/custodial fees by way of deposit forfeiture. Click Continue to place the refund into the customer's shopping cart.
