Updated on

  • Non-Barcoded items are those items that don't have barcodes for scanning but can still be sold to guest, as an individual item to a guest.
  • Once logged into PARKS DIRECT you'll want to click on Global Sales
  • Instead of searching for a clients household you'll want to select Daily/Guest Household, located at the bottom of the screen.
  • The Global Sales screen will open, scroll the screen to the right and click on the POS Inventory tab
  • From the POS Inventory screen you'll see a full listing of all items which can be sold to a client (items with and without barcodes)
  • You can use the short description column to narrow down your search by entering what item you're looking for ex. "Airplane Ball" or "Postcard" (1)
  • You can also narrow your search by entering your site in the category column (2) such as "CPAM."
  • Once you've found your item, highlight the item and enter your quantity and click on "Add to Cart
  • Once in the chart click on "$X.XX Payment"
  • Depending on the payment type follow the payment process.
  • For this example we're take a cash payment.
  • From the Pay Code select Cash and click Process on the right hand side of the screen in the shopping cart.
