Aquatics Re-Entry Passes

In the event that a pool shuts down unexpectedly, re-entry passes may be issued to allow paying customers to visit the facility again at a later date at no charge. The following article explains tracking the distribution of these passes and the redemption process.

Distributing Re-Entry Passes

Make sure you note the number on the first and last pass that is handed out. You'll need to record these numbers along with how many passes were distributed in the event of a closure/shut down.

  1. In Global Sales, click the POS Service tab.
  2. Filter by SHWD, and select the Aquatics Re-Entry Pass item.
  3. Enter the quantity of passes that were distributed.
  4. Click Add to Cart.
  1. Enter the number of the first pass handed out.
  2. Enter the number of the last pass handed out.
  3. Click Continue.

Click Finish or $0.00 Payment from the shopping cart to complete the free transaction in Global Sales.

Redeeming Re-Entry Passes

When a customer that has been issued re-entry pass visits the pool:

  1. Click the  Visit tab in Global Sales.
  2. Click the Daily Visit button.

Find and select Aquatics Re-Entry Pass:

Fill in prompts as required for the number of the pass being redeemed, the facility that the pass was issued by, and the date the pass was originally issued:

Click Finish or $0.00 Payment to finish the transaction and record the re-entry.
