Upon logging in you will see a ribbon with several buttons. Click the Global Sales button to open the Global Sales Module.
Upon clicking the Global sales button you are taking to the Global Sales Lookup screen. If you chose to do so on this screen you can search for a customer account that you will like to link to your transaction. You can search by family member name, house hold number, phone number, address, email address, or organization name.
Furthermore you can search and filter pacific data fields for each client. For example if you were looking for clients with the last name Lancaster. You can type Lancaster in the last name field.
The area at the bottom of the screen is called the program bar. As you open various programs in PARKS DIRECT they are placed here in the order that they were open. Users can open as many programs as they wish and there is no need to close a program before using another. To return to a previously open program simply click on the gray program button in the program bar.
There is "in-app help" available which will give you assistance for certain fields in PARKS DIRECT. To enable the help:
- Click the support icon.
- Toggle the PARKS DIRECT Help switch.
