Registering for Day Camps

Updated on

Registering for Day Camps are similar to registering for any other activity section. The key difference is that Day Camps allow customers to choose to pay in full OR pay a $50.00 deposit and pay the remaining balance later. You will choose which option the customer prefers when registering.

All Day Camp activity codes start with 16. You may choose to filter your activity section datagrid to see camps only. (Note: you can apply any filters you wish: Location, Description, Age, etc.)

Find the desired camp and click Add to Cart. A billing option window appears with 3 options:

Pay in Full - Charge the full balance of the camp and make it due immediately.

Day Camps - Credit Card - $50.00 deposit due immediately and remaining balance scheduled to be paid automatically (card must be entered immediately).

Day Camps - Installment Bill - $50.00 deposit due immediately and remaining balance scheduled. NO automatic payment.

If the client wishes to add a credit card and deduct future balances automatically, choose Day Camps - Credit Card option and click "Add/Change Credit Card Information.

Choose a credit card if one exists that the customer would like to use, otherwise click Add Credit Card:

Follow the instructions on your Pin Pad to complete setting up automatic payments. A $1.00 charge will be show as pending on the client's bank account until the authorization is complete. The charge will eventually drop.

SAVE TIME DURING CHECKOUT. You can select the Installment Billing option to skip adding a credit card. Clients can set up scheduled payments to be automatically deducted from their financial accounts whenever they are ready by logging in online.

Continue adding items to the cart as necessary. Take payment as usual when ready.
