Customers have three options for aquatics pass memberships, Individual, Family, and Family+. Only Individual passes are available for purchase online with PARKS DIRECT.

Open Global Sales and the customer's household
1. Sign in and select Global Sales on the sidebar menu.
2. Use the customer's household. Select the HH Lookup button to get to the Global Sales Lookup screen. Next, find and highlight the customer’s household. Then use the Select button and select OK on the pop-up.
To quickly find the customer's household, enter their last name in the search box and select Household Last Name. Use the filters on the datagrid to shorten the search results.
3. Select Standard Pass and the SubType filter, which will sort the passes by Individual, Family, and Family+.
Pass types
Usually, you should sell Individual passes to a maximum of two family members because the Family pass is a better deal if customers are buying three or more passes.
1. Highlight an Individual pass (one, three, or twelve months) under the Standard Pass tab and, on the right, highlight the family member(s) buying the pass.
2. Select the Add To Cart button.
If part of the pass's text is hidden, click and drag the right side of the Short Description filter.
3. Select Continue on the pop-up(s), which will link the pass to customers’ key fobs, assuming they have one.
4. Select Payment, and PARKS DIRECT will open the payment screen to process the sale.
PARKS DIRECT will automatically sell adult passes to adults, children passes to children, and senior passes to seniors.
5. After selecting the Process button on the payment screen, take customers picture if they need one.
Family passes include four passes, two for family members 18 and older and two for children. Households that need more than four passes receive the Family+ rate. In PARKS DIRECT, Family+ passes act like an add-on to the Family pass.
1. Highlight the Family pass (one, three, or twelve months) the customer wants to purchase and highlight the family member who’s buying the Family pass on the right.
2. Select the Add To Cart button.
Before selecting Add To Cart, note family members who are 18 and older and a senior if you are selling more than four passes. This will make selling customers the correct Family+ rate a lot easier.
3. If you are selling more than four passes, select Continue on the pop-ups for adult and children. Select Cancel on pop-ups for seniors. If you select Continue on a senior's pop-up, you could accidentally charge them the adult price instead of the discounted senior price.
If you are selling four or fewer passes, select Continue on all pop-ups.
Pricing problems arise when selling more than four passes and a senior gets one of the four passes included in the Family pass. When senior's receive one of the four passes, it prevents the household from receiving the senior discount. If PARKS DIRECT opens a senior's pop-up after you select Continue on two adult pop-ups, you can safely select Continue on the senior's pop-up, and PARKS DIRECT will apply the senior rate.
Selecting Cancel will leave a family member’s pass out of the cart, and you have to add their pass using a Family+ add-on, which is in the step below.
4. Under the Standard Pass tab, highlight the Family+ pass with the time period (one, three, or twelve months) and age group (child or 18-and-up) that matches family member(s) who still needs a pass.
5. Select Continue on the pop-up.
6. Double-check the cart for the right price. Then select Payment, process the sale, and take customers picture if they need one.
