Updating Registration Question Responses

A number of Activity Sections ask/require participants to answer questions at the time of registration (Example: Summer Day Camps). Depending on the configuration of the section, these answers may rollover year after year or season after season. To update a customer's answers to those questions, follow the steps below:

1. Locate the customer's Household in PARKS DIRECT Global Sales.

2. Go to the purchase history tab, and highlight the customer's registration into the Section.

3. At the bottom, click "Change" and then select "Change Question Answers".

4. Update the necessary information and click "Continue".

5. The registration will pop over to the customer's cart. From here, you can proceed with further registrations, or click "Process" to finish updating.
