In some cases, you'll need to modify rentals that have already been entered into the database:
- Apply rental extra fees
- Charge a different rental fee entirely
- Take additional payments
- Change date/time
- Change location
These actions can be done simply from the Global Sales module.
Navigate to the SuperGrid tab in Global Sales and find the rental you wish to change:
You can search easily for rentals using the Search button:
Double-click the booking that you wish to modify. A new window appears letting you modify as necessary:
Modifying rentals may involve additional fees or charges that were not paid originally. Modifications that require additional payments will be added to the shopping cart automatically. Process additional payments as necessary.
