Register a client in an enroll-by-day section

In PARKS DIRECT, programs with the option to enroll by day let clients attend the program's days that best fit their schedules. Processing enroll-by-day sections are nearly the same as processing regular sections. The only additional step is choosing the days a client wants to participate.

1. Sign in and select Global Sales on the sidebar menu.

2. Select HH Lookup on the Family Member Selection frame's upper-right corner, and PARKS DIRECT will open the Global Sales Lookup screen.

3. Enter the client's last name in the lookup box, then select Household Last Name. Next, highlight the client's household on the list and use the Select button. Select OK on the information pop-up.

To filter the household list, use the First Name filter and press Enter on your keyboard.

4. Select the client's desired program that's an enroll-by-day section on the datagrid. Then select the Add To Cart button on the top-right of the Shopping Cart frame. PARKS DIRECT will open the Global Sales Selection Matrix.

On the Global Sales frame, make sure you're on the Activity tab.

5. Check the checkbox(es) for family member(s) who will attend the section. Then select Continue. PARK DIRECT will open the section’s enroll-by-day calendar.

6. Choose the day(s) that the client wants to attend, then select Continue.

To pick one day at a time, select a green box on the calendar. To pick an entire week's available days, select a blue boxes to the left of the calendar.

7. With the section in the shopping cart, select the Payment button on the bottom of the Shopping Cart frame. Next, process the section on the Global Sales Payment screen.

Even though programs can be free, you always need to complete the "payment" process to register clients.
