Adding a Client to the Waitlist

Putting a client on the waitlist is simple as users are automatically prompted to waitlist clients when attempting to register for full activity sections.

Sections that have filled appear in red on the datagrid. To add a client to the waitlist for the section:

  1. Select the client
  2. Select the section
  3. Click Add to Cart

A prompt appears where you can:

  • Add the client to the waitlist
  • Overbook the course (requires Facility Manager permissions)
  • Cancel the enrollment

You will be notified of the waitlist position before continuing:

A free item is added to the shopping cart. Click Payment to confirm the addition to the waitlist.
