Adding a Client to the Waitlist

Putting a client on the waitlist is simple: users are automatically prompted to waitlist clients when attempting to register for full activity sections.

Sections that are full appear highlighted in red on the datagrid. To add a client to the waitlist for the section:

  1. Select the client
  2. Select the section
  3. Select Add to Cart

A prompt appears where you can:

  • Add the client to the waitlist
  • Overbook the course (requires Facility Manager permissions)
  • Cancel the enrollment

You will be notified of the waitlist position before continuing:

Availability Conflict message confirming enrollment placed on the waitlist with waitlist position displayed.

A free item is added to the shopping cart. Select Payment to confirm the addition to the waitlist.
