How to Sell Family Memberships

Updated on

1. Sign in to PARKS DIRECT and bring up the customer's household in Global Sales and select the Standard Pass tab.

2. Type in Family into the Short Description box and press Enter on your keyboard. Use the Type filter's picklist to narrow the passes on the DataGrid.

3. Highlight the memberships you're selling. Choose the membership that reads Family, which is a pass for one adult on the account.

4. Highlight Family Sec. Adult (second adult) if another adult will use the family membership on this customer's account, and highlight Family Youth if there are children who will use the membership on this customer's account. Youth passes are for teens 13 and older but younger than 18.

Family Passes include two adults and unlimited children per household.

6. Check one checkbox under all family members who are signing up for the family membership. Here, PARKS DIRECT is confirming which membership to assign to family members.

PARKS DIRECT will automatically designate youth memberships to youths and adult memberships to adults. Only one adult in the household can receive the Family - 12 Month membership and another adult can receive the Family Sec. Adult - 12 Month (second adult).
