In some cases, you may have to reschedule someone's reservation, which you can do in Global Sales. Rescheduling is almost the exact same process as canceling a reservation, but instead of canceling the item, you will change the item.
- Sign in to PARKS DIRECT and then open Global Sales, find the customer, and select the Purchase History tab.
- Highlight the desired reservation.
- Select the green Change button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Change/Transfer Item.
Update the reservation details as necessary and select Continue.
You will not be able to break scheduling rules. You must use normal time blocks, and customer can't have multiple reservations in a day.
RecTrac will add the modified reservations to the shopping cart, and the reservation change should not charge the customer extra. Select Finish from the Cart Options list, or process a $0.00 payment using the Payment button.
