Updating Summer Program Information Answers

For returning Summer Day Camp or Playground customers, it may be necessary to update their answers to the Super 7 questions in the Summer Program Participant Information Section (16600-300A). To update a customer's answers to those questions, follow the steps below:

1. Locate the customer's Household in PARKS DIRECT Global Sales.

2. Go to the purchase history tab, and highlight the customer's registration into the Participant Information Section.

3. At the bottom, click "Change" and then select "Change Question Answers".

4. Update the necessary information and click "Continue".

5. The registration will pop over to the customer's cart. From here, you can proceed with further registrations, or click "Process" to finish updating.
