You are able to sign into the custom report server with Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) or by manually entering a username and password (credentials).
If you have Microsoft SSO set up, you should be automatically logged in to the custom report server.
The login credentials for the custom report server is the same as your mnppc.org credentials. This should be the same username and password you used to log onto your computer.
Should be able to login to the custom report server using the same credentials used to sign into your computer.
Your username should be of the format: FirstName.LastName.
Should be able to login to the custom report server using the same generic credentials used to sign into your computer.
The username will contain the abbreviation of the facility.
If you are unable to login and have received the follow error message, then it means that either your password has expired or there may have been a change to the custom report server.
Please contact ITC for assistance with an expired password.
