PARKS DIRECT makes reprinting receipts a simple process. There are several ways to reprint a receipt, you can search by receipt number, or search by other criteria (user, cash drawer, etc.).
- With the desired household selected in Global Sales, click on the Purchase History tab.
- Filter the datagrid as necessary and select the desired transaction by clicking on it.
- Click the Reprint button.
- Select the desired reprint option.
- Reprint Receipt - First: Reprints the very first iteration of the transaction and will not show updates made to fees, cancellations, etc.
- Reprint Receipt - Last: Reprints the very last iteration of the transaction including adjustments and changes made after the initial charge.
- Reprint Credit Card Auth Receipt: Reprints the authorization page with client signature for credit card purchases.
- Reprint Ticket: Only applicable to ticket purchases, reprints ticket for entry to event. Old ticket will no longer be valid.
Log into www.pgparksdirect.com customers may reprint receipts themselves.
- Click My Account.
- Select Reprint A Receipt under the Reprint category.
