Reprinting Receipts

PARKS DIRECT makes reprinting receipts a simple process. There are several ways to reprint a receipt, you can search by receipt number, or search by other criteria (user, cash drawer, etc.).

Reprint Customer Receipt from Global Sales
  1. With the desired household selected in Global Sales, click on the Purchase History tab.
  2. Filter the datagrid as necessary and select the desired transaction by clicking on it.
  3. Click the Reprint button.
  4. Select the desired reprint option.
  • Reprint Receipt - First: Reprints the very first iteration of the transaction and will not show updates made to fees, cancellations, etc.
  • Reprint Receipt - Last: Reprints the very last iteration of the transaction including adjustments and changes made after the initial charge.
  • Reprint Credit Card Auth Receipt: Reprints the authorization page with client signature for credit card purchases.
  • Reprint Ticket: Only applicable to ticket purchases, reprints ticket for entry to event. Old ticket will no longer be valid.
Reprint Receipts You Created

Stating from the main screen in PARKS DIRECT launch Document Center

  1. Change the Document Type field to Receipts.
  2. Filer by date as necessary.
  3. Select a receipt by clicking on it and then click the Open button to preview and reprint the document.
Search by Receipt #
  1. Click Reporting.
  2. Select Receipt Reprint.
  3. Enter a receipt number.
  4. Click Reprint Receipt.
Search by Other Criteria
  1. Click Reporting.
  2. Select Receipt Reprint.
  3. Enter search parameters (HH, Date, User Range)
  4. Click Search.
  5. Select the receipt from the list.
  6. Click Reprint Receipt.

Use more than one filter to narrow your search results. (Ex: searching by ONLY date will bring back thousands of results)

Customer Reprint Themselves

Log into www.pgparksdirect.com customers may reprint receipts themselves.

  1. Click My Account.
  2. Select Reprint A Receipt under the Reprint category.
