DEET Error: Age as of Date

The Data Entry Error Tool (DEET) is a report that helps you make sure your program offerings are in line with the Parks and Recreation Department's publication standards. This DEET Error finds problems with the Age Rule of activity sections.

1. Open the activity's section and click on the Rules tab.

2. Double-click the age rule.

3. Double-click the age criteria, or highlight it and select Change. PARKS DIRECT will open the Criteria Update prompt.

4. Select the appropriate Aging Date Option and Save on the prompt's bottom right. Remember to save the section too.

Summer Day Camps & Extended Care = Item End Date

Winter/Spring Break programs = Actual Date: August 31, previous year.
