Activity Roster with Client Photo

Rosters that include the photo of enrolled participants may come in handy when traveling, or simply to put a face to the name for an instructor.

  1. Click Reporting.
  2. Select Report Listing.
  3. Determine whether your roster is for a trip or an activity section and select the appropriate report.
  • Select the section/trip by clicking on it.
  • Select Rosters as the Output Group
