Rosters that include the photo of enrolled participants may come in handy when traveling, or simply to put a face to the name for an instructor.
- Click Reporting.
- Select Report Listing.
- Determine whether your roster is for a trip or an activity section and select the appropriate report.
- Select the section/trip by clicking on it.
- Select Rosters as the Output Group
