How to Post Pass/Fail for a Course

To find the Activity Pass Fail Posting option in RecTrac, go to Management -> Activity Management -> Period End Programs -> Activity Pass Fail Posting.

Starting the Process

  1. Search for the activity section to be modified by typing in its code in the Section box.
  2. Choose your Pass/Fail option and the year.
  3. When completed, the Activity Pass/Fail posting spreadsheet will list the participants.
  4. Select the participants who will be processed under Pass/Fail.
  5. Click Process Selected at the bottom of the screen.

If the spreadsheet does not fill with roster entries upon selecting the section, click Show Enrollments.

Change your Pass/Fail option as needed and repeat step 3 if necessary.
