In PARKS DIRECT to create a Drop-in visit:
1. Select the Menu button.
2. Search for Pass Management.
3. Select Pass Management.
In the Pass Management application, select Add Daily Pass code near the bottom of the screen.
Select Continue on the prompt.
On the Core tab:
1. Enter the facility acronym followed by the admission program name (for example, GDCC-ADM-BIOFIT) into the Pass Code.
2. Enter text that describes the program into the Long Description and Short Description.
3. Under Type enter ADM for admissions.
On the Core Continued tab:
1. Set Visit Option to Full Only.
2. Set the quantity of visitors for this drop-in visit to per person.
On the Fees tab:
1. Enter the facility's accounting unit into the WildCard Cost Center box.
2. Enter fee rates if applicable.
Once you have entered all your information, select the Save button on the bottom left of the screen.
How to add the drop-in to the appropriate visit profile
Head to Profile Management, which is accessible when you're logged in to the Help Desk Admin Menu Group. Go back to the menu and search Profile Management; then select it from the results.
1. In the Profile Code column, enter the facility's acronym.
2. Select Visit Profile.
3. Select the Change button.
On the Visit Profile, select and open Daily Pass List.
On the Pass Management prompt:
1. Under the Pass Code, column enter the facility's acronym.
2. Highlight appropriate Drop In.
3. Use the Select button
Select Save once complete.
