How to Cancel a Trip

Use this article to assist the programmer with canceling a trip. Once logged into PARKS DIRECT. Start from Management, Trip Management, and Trip Management

Management menu expanded, Trip Management selected under Processing, and Trip Management Programs panel highlighting Trip Management.

Input Trip Code or Short Description to generate the trip, highlight the trip, select the More button

Select Cancel Trip

On the Cancel screen, select the Refund Option as Refund Apply. Click Process once done.

This will populate the Information screen, select Process Cancel All

You have successfully canceled the trip, Close

Success message confirming process sent to server, with Close button displayed.
