The Activity Color Guide explains what each section color means in RecTrac.
When viewing activity sections on the Global Sales screen in RecTrac, you may notice that some sections are highlighted in various colors. These color indicators reflect the status or availability of registration for each section. A quick-reference guide explaining what each color means is readily available within RecTrac.
To view the guide:
1. Select Global Sales from the Processing menu in RecTrac.
2. Choose Daily/Guest Household or Skip Household Lookup.
3. From the Activity tab, click the Options cog wheel to display the key.
This key is only visible from the Activity tab. Clicking the options cog wheel on other tabs may not display the activity key.
