The cloning process can be used when we are looking to create a new section which will have similar information to one already created.

Once logged into PARKS DIRECT, select Management, Activity Management, and Activity Section Management

Once on the Activity Section Management screen, input activity code under the activity code box and section code under the section box

Highlight the section that you'd like to clone on the Activity Section Management screen, select Clone button

On the File Maintenance Clone screen, the New Record Code List must be filled in with the new section code, and the season and year that the new activity takes place in will be filled in for New Season and New Year boxes.

The Information screen will appear asking if you want to clone this section.  This screen gives you a final look over before you make your selection. Once you approve select Process.
