Proration is the distribution of fees among the class meetings of a section. Depending on the section, proration during the registration and withdrawal may or may not be desired. A small change in the fee settings for the section is needed to make the adjustment.

Starting in PARKS DIRECT select Management, Activity Management, and Activity Section Management.

Once on the Activity Section Management screen, input the activity code under the activity code box, and the section code under the section box.

Double-click your section. Once on the Activity Section Update screen, select Fees tab

Highlight the resident fee (R Fee), scroll the screen to select the Change button drop down, then Advanced Fee Change

Once on the Fee Update Advance screen, expand the "Miscellaneous Settings". Make your selection for the type of proration you need to adjust under Purchase/Renewal Proration Option and Cancel Proration Option. If no changes are necessary leave at none for both and select "Save".
