How To Create Coupon For Community Connect

Once you have signed into RecTrac:

1. Click the Menu button.

2. Type "Coupon" into the search bar.

3. Select "Coupon Code Management".

  • In "Coupon Management" click the "Add" button.

In "Coupon Update":

1. In the "Coupon Code" text box enter the acronyms that best fit the organization.

2.  In the "Description" text box enter the organization name and add "- Community Connect".

3. In the "Coupon Type" click the drop down menu and select "Percent".

4. In the "Amount" text box enter "100.00".

In the "Rules" tab:

  1. At the bottom click the "Link Set" drop down menu
  2. Select "Link Set As Unchangeable".

In "Set Maintenance -Rule Set":

1. In the "Description" text box enter "Community Connect".

2. Select and double click "Community Connect Coupon Code".

Now that your rules have been added click "Save" to compete coupon creation.
