Importing scheduled tools facilitates the allocation of resources for specific dates and ensures that tools are reserved according to the needs of each division. This systematic approach to tool management helps in maintaining operational efficiency and supports the seamless execution of tasks across the organization.

In this example, the user selects an FSD (Box truck) that was previously created in the Scheduled Tools interface. The Scheduled Qty column shows an allocation of 1 for the 2010 Ford (F-150), confirming the selection.

To use Scheduled Tools for a future Work Order, follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Tools tab or in the More toggle to find the tools tab
2. Navigate to the Action tab.
3. Select Import Scheduled Tool.

After the user imports scheduled tools, they should be able to locate all tools they have scheduled, as shown in the screenshot below. In the Scheduled Qty column, you can locate the tool the user has imported.
