Full EAM toolbar with icons for Save, New Record, Delete, Previous Record, Next Record, Copy Record, Reset Screen, Print, Print Preview, Help, Upload, EPAK, Left Align, Split Screen, and Right Align.
First five toolbar icons labeled 1–5 above Save, New Record, Delete, Previous Record, and Next Record.
Toolbar icons labeled 6–10 above Copy Record, Reset Screen, Print, Print Preview, and Help.
Toolbar icons labeled 11–15 above Upload, EPAK, Left Align, Split Screen, and Right Align.

Button Description
1 Save Saves any updates made on an asset or work order
2 New Record Start a new record for assets or work orders
3 Delete Deletes the selected record
4 Previous Record Displays previous record
5 Next Record Displays next record
6 Copy Record Copies all records on the screen except ID
7 Reset Screen Clears the screen contents and removes updates
8 Print Button Prints a report of the current screen
9 Print Preview Displays a preview of the current report
10 Help Displays help for the current screen
11 Upload Upload any item from your device, such as a document (pdf) and pictures (png, jpeg) from your device. 
12 EPAK
 Intended to connect to vendor's learning site but disabled
13 Left Align
14 Split Screen
15 Right Align
