Scheduling Tools

Scheduling tools are used to allocate specific time slots for maintenance tasks, inspections, or other activities related to asset management.

This will benefit staff who manages preventive maintenance (PMs) because their duties are repeated.

Once templates/activities are applied to a work order, users are free to schedule their tool labor. First, navigate from the Record View to the Schedule Tools tab, which can be found within the "More" dropdown selections at the far right.

Users will then Schedule their tool labor within the Schedule Tool Usage Details section near the bottom of the page.

NOTE - All fields required will have a red asterisk symbol * add to booking
