Checklists are management tools to verify items that are addressed with our assets and facilities. These items could be but not limited to:
- Tasks to be performed
- Dates evaluated
- Condition assessments
- Readings / Measurements
There are several regulatory groups that use checklists within the Department of Parks and Recreation:
- ADA
- Playground Inspectors
- Bridge Inspectors
Below is an example checklist for ADA Inspections to review Checklist features.
- On an Inspection Work Order, click on the Checklist Icon
- Checklist may have the following entry fields
- Quantitative (Measures/Counts)
- Dates
- Yes/ No
- Checklist Items (Tasks to complete)
- Findings (No screenshot)
- Checklist may have the following entry fields
- After completing inspection items, click on the Save button below
Not all checklists may have these inspection items.
Additionally, Findings vary based off a scale or particular grading based off a particular work unit or business practice.
