EAM Mobile - Booking Labor

Booking labor allows for staff to track their time towards a work effort.

Click on the Options Icon and the click on the Book Labor menu

2. Book Labor Entry

Under the Labor Details section,  users need to enter three components:

  1. Employee ID
  2. Date Worked
  3. Labor Details (Date Worked, Type of Hours, Hours Worked and Activity )

3. Employee Look up

Users can enter the employee ID of the person who performed labor or Look them up.

  1. On the Book Labor Screen, click the Employee Search arrow  
  2. On Employees, users may enter the Employee ID if they know it
  3. Tap on the employee to add to Book Labor Screen

4. Labor Details Entry

Date Worked

  1. Click on Date Worked Field
  2. Select the Date
  3. Click on Done

Hours Worked

  1. Press the Hours Worked
  2. Enter Number of hours from the keyboard

5. Closing out Labor

Once all entries have been made, click on the Save icon.

Save button displayed at bottom of Book Labor screen to submit labor entry.
