Quest Tablet: The tablet itself we can think of as your standard Windows 10 platform. So, we can Bomgar this device, and it will appear to be a regular PC through Bomgar. All the drivers needed for RecTrac are installed here.

The case around the device has a built-in scanner that will allow the end user to scan necessary things such as tickets, passes, barcodes from a phone, etc. By using either of the blue buttons on the back of the device.

The case is also outfitted with a credit card chip reader and swipe. However, we will not be using this as it is not compatible with RecTrac or Card Connect. Instead, staff should be using one of the other credit card terminal options we currently have.

The Quest Tablet uses a proprietary stand to charge the device as well as a pro stand version which allows you to connect USB peripherals such as the receipt printers, scanner, credit card terminals, network cable to connect to the internet, even a monitor!

Thanks to this stand, staff can log in to RecTrac as if they would on a regular desktop, but more importantly, we are able to troubleshoot with familiarity.
