FOL iPad Configuration and Usage

Please plug in device when not in use to ensure the unit is charged when needed

To configure the iPad for usage start from the main screen.

Select the Settings icon

Tap WiFi

Confirm that WiFi is set to On, if the WiFi is Off,  select WiFi the area will black, this means the iPad is in the Off Mode.

Slide the white dot over until it turns green, WiFi setting will change to Not Connected

To connect the iPad to the network you'll need to select a network from the list provided

These devices have been configured so that they will automatically connect to the PGPARKS-Devices network.

Available Wi‑Fi networks list with PGParks‑Devices highlighted for selection.

Enter your network’s encryption key if you’re prompted and tap Join

The Password to these devices are currently set to their respective asset tag number.

Tap On to automatically Join Networks that the device has joined previously.

Tap the Home button to the homepage

On the homepage of each device there is a custom link that will connect you to a workstation in PARKS DIRECT.  When opening this link you will come to the PARKS DIRECT login screen.

Log in using your user name and password as if you were at a front desk.

You will get a prompt that VIC is not installed, select the continue without local resources option and will be logged in.

The credit card terminal will say WELCOME

You can navigate to the Touch POS module through the screen of the iPad and can process transactions as normal.
