The Ingenico Unauthorized error shows up when the internal card machine battery is fully depleted.
If this error appears, please leave the machine as is and contact the Help Desk Hardware team for repairs/replacement by phone (301-699-2255) or by email at [email protected] to have a repair ticket created.
