Symptoms:
Occasionally the credit card terminal display will appear frozen. Stuck on a screen that says "remove card" or another black screen. It is not necessarily broken, and will usually allow you to process payment when you go to do so.
Causes:
This seems to occur infrequently due to a brief loss of connection with the terminal. Before attempting the following fix, try to process a transaction (it may work just fine).
How to Fix:
1. Log out of PARKS DIRECT and Keep Session (this will allow you to return to exactly where you were before the freeze occurred).
2. Restart VIC by following the steps listed here.
3. Log in and continue your Session.
4. If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer and logging back into PARKS DIRECT.
