No ICC - Cancel (Manually Enter Credit Card Information)

If you're receiving this error on the PIN Pad, it means that the customer's chip in the card is faulty. The customer can still use their card, but they will have to manually enter their card's number.

  1. Change the Pay Code field to Manual Credit Card.
  2. Select Process.

Now the customer will be prompted to use the PIN Pad and manually type in credit card information.
