In Dynamics, create a new case:
- Enter the "Case Title" that fits the request

- In the "Case Type" section select "Information Request"

- In the "Category" section select the "Right of Entry Agreement "Category" request.

- In the "Customer" section search for the appropriate employee. If the employee is not entered, follow the guide linked HERE on how to create a new "Contact".

- In the "Permittee Project Number" section enter the project number
- In the "Access Type" section select the appropriate type.

- In the "Eligibility" section select "Eligible" or "Ineligible".
- Enter any additional information if applicable.

- In the "Location" section search for the appropriate location.
- Enter a short "Description" of the request
- Once complete, "Save & Close".
