Tree Removal Guide

When a customer calls for a tree removal, create a case in Dynamics by:

  1. Under "Service" on the left hand side, select "Cases".

When creating a new case:

  1. Enter the appropriate "Case Title".
  2. Select "Case Type" as "Work Request".
  3. Select the "Category" as "Tree Removal".
  4. Select the "Customer" or create a new "Customer". Follow guide on how to create a new "Customer" here.

THE LOCATION MUST BE A PRINCE GEORGE'S PARK'S AND RECREATION LOCATION.

  • Select the location where this tree is at.
  • Select "Yes" or "No" for "Tree near client's home?".
  • If the Tree Removal is NOT near the customers home, enter all information regarding the tree removal in the "Description" box available.
  1. If you selected "Yes", fill out all information in red asterisk".
  2. Enter additional information in the "Description".

Once you have completed this case, any additional information or changes that need to made must be entered in as "Notes". Here's how to add notes to a work order request.

  • Once all information is entered click "Save & Route" to complete this case.
