How to view the status of a work request case

While handling phone calls/emails from the public, you will sometimes be presented with a request for a status update on a work request. Follow these steps to provide the appropriate information.

1. Open the work request in Microsoft Dynamics. See how to search for the case here.

2. View EAM Currently Assigned To

For additional information about the status, see here.

3. Retrieve the assignee's email address from Microsoft Outlook and provide to the patron.

Do not share phone numbers with patrons. Please remember to only share staff email addresses with patrons as needed.
