Create A Contact/Organization In Dynamics

If you cannot find a contact by searching via first name, last name, phone number, or email address, please see below for how to create a contact or organization.

How to create a new contact:
  • In the "Customer" field, select "New Record".
  • Select the record type "Contacts".
  1. You will be prompt to "Quick Create: Contact". Fill out required fields.
  2. Once completed click "Save and Close".
How to create a new organization:
  • In the "Customer" field, select "New Record".
  • Select the record type "Organizations".
  1. You will be prompt to "Quick Create: Organization". Fill out required fields.
  2. Once completed click "Save and Close"
