How to enter a Development Request case

  • How to create a create a "Development Request" Case In Dynamics:
  1. On the Left side under "Service" select "Cases".
  2. Select "New Case" up above.
  • Input a brief description of the case when creating a work request, in the "Case Title".
  • In the "Case Type" section, select "Development Request".

Program Development Request

  • In the "Category" section, select "Program Development".
  • Search for the customer by entering their name in the "Customer" section. Otherwise, create a "New Record" by following these directions here.
  • Choose the appropriate location from the "Location" section. You may need to expand your options by selecting "Advanced lookup".
  • Using the "Advanced Lookup" select the appropriate location:
  1. Check the appropriate location check box.
  2. Click "Done" once complete.
  1. Enter a brief description of the "Development Request" in the "Description" section.
  2. For "Does Customer Want Follow-up", Select "Yes" or "No".

Park Property Development Request Case

  • In the "Category" section, select "Park Property Development".
  • Search for the customer by entering their name in the "Customer" section. Otherwise, create a "New Record" by following these directions here.
  • Choose the appropriate location from the "Location" section. You may need to expand your options by selecting "Advanced lookup".
  • Using the "Advanced Lookup" select the appropriate location:
  1. Check the appropriate location check box.
  2. Click "Done" once complete
  • Enter a brief description of the "Development Request" in the "Description" section.

Website Information/Feature Request Case

  • In the "Category" section, select "Website Information/Feature".
  • Search for the customer by entering their name in the "Customer" section. Otherwise, create a "New Record" by following these directions here.
  • Choose the appropriate location from the "Location" section. You may need to expand your options by selecting "Advanced lookup".
  • Using the "Advanced Lookup" select the appropriate location:
  1. Check the appropriate location check box.
  2. Click "Done" once complete
  1. Enter the "Page URL".
  2. Enter a brief description of the "Development Request" in the "Description" section.
  3. For "Does Customer Want Follow-up", Select "Yes" or "No".

When completed click "Save & Close".
