How to create a "Work Request" Case/EAM.

  • How to create a create a "Work Request" Case In Dynamics:
  1. On the Left side under "Service" select "Cases".
  2. Select "New Case" up above.
  • Input a brief description of the case when creating a work request. In the "Case Title".
  • In the "Case Type" section, select "Work Request".
Vandalism Work Request
  • In the "Category" section, select "Vandalism".
  • Search for the customer by entering their name in the "Customer" section. Otherwise, create a "New Record" by following these directions here.
  • Choose the appropriate location from the "Location" section. You may need to expand your options by selecting "Advanced lookup".
  • Using the "Advanced Lookup" select the appropriate location:
  1. Check the appropriate location check box.
  2. Click "Done" once complete.
  1. Enter a brief description of the "Work Request" in the "Description" section.

Animal/Wildlife Issue Work Request
  • In the "Category" section, select "Animal/Wildlife Issue".
  • Search for the customer by entering their name in the "Customer" section. Otherwise, create a "New Record" by following these directions here
  1. Enter the "Location of Incident".
  2. Enter a brief description of the "Work Request" in the "Description" section.
  3. For "Does Customer Want Follow-up", Select "Yes" or "No".
  4. In the "Complaint/Compliment", select "Complaint" or "Compliment".
Park Property Maintenance Work Request
  • In the "Category" section, select "Park Property Maintenance".
  • Search for the customer by entering their name in the "Customer" section. Otherwise, create a "New Record" by following these directions here.
  • Choose the appropriate location from the "Location" section. You may need to expand your options by selecting "Advanced lookup".
  • Using the "Advanced Lookup" select the appropriate location:
  1. Check the appropriate location check box.
  2. Click "Done" once complete.
  1. Enter a brief description of the "Work Request" in the "Description" section.
  2. Select Yes or No as to if the request involves a Tree near the client's home.
Park Equipment Repair Work Request
  • In the "Category" section, select "Park Equipment Repair"
  • Search for the customer by entering their name in the "Customer" section. Otherwise, create a "New Record" by following these directions here.
  • Choose the appropriate location from the "Location" section. You may need to expand your options by selecting "Advanced lookup".
  • Using the "Advanced Lookup" select the appropriate location:
  1. Check the appropriate location check box.
  2. Click "Done" once complete
  1. Enter a brief description of the "Work Request" in the "Description" section.
  2. For "Does Customer Want Follow-up", Select "Yes" or "No"
  • Upon completed click "Save" and provide "Case Number" to the client for updates on the "Work Request" case.
