- In order to locate a case In Dynamics:
- On the Left hand side under "Service" select "Cases".
- When searching for a case use the "Case Number" filter.
- Select "Filter by".
- Using the drop down menu, for this example we will use "Contains".
- Once we have selected our filter option which in this case will be "Contains".
- Enter your case number.
- Once complete click "Apply".
The case will appear.
