How to locate case by case number

  • In order to locate a case In Dynamics:
  • On the Left hand side under "Service" select "Cases".
  1. When searching for a case use the "Case Number" filter.
  2. Select "Filter by".
  • Using the drop down menu, for this example we will use "Contains".
  1. Once we have selected our filter option which in this case will be "Contains".
  2. Enter your case number.
  3. Once complete click "Apply".

The case will appear.
