Add a debit to a customer's PARKS DIRECT account
Updated onArticleCustomers may want to pay partially or wait to pay for an offering after the initial sale. To do this in PARKS DIRECT, you'll need to add a debit to their account's balance.
For example, customer Butchie Ennis intends to buy a family aquatics pass, but he doesn't want to pay in full. Instead of paying the entire price, Butchie pays $100 and debits the rest, $460, to his PARKS DIRECT account.

Add a coupon to a sale
Updated onArticle- Log in to PARKS DIRECT and select the menu icon on the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Select Global Sales on the menu’s sidebar.
- Highlight the customer's household on the Global Sales Lookup datagrid and select Add. Or select Daily/Guest Household.
- Highlight the item that the customer is purchasing on the Global Sales datagrid.
- Move down the page and select Add To Cart on the top right of the Shopping Cart area.

How to Verify Member Age/Residency
Updated onArticleIn order to be eligible for certain programs or discounted residency fees, customers must verify the age and residency listed on their PARKS DIRECT account. To learn more about this policy or see what documents are accepted as verification, please refer to our Age/Residency Policy.
Update a Customer's Residency Status:
After viewing an acceptable Residency Verification Document, you can update the customer's residency status by going to "Household Update."
One of the fields at the top will be "Category" and you'll have the 4 residency options listed:
- Prince George's County Resident
- Montgomery County Resident
- Impact Area Resident
- Non-Resident
Simply select the appropriate residency category based on the address listed on the Residency Verification Document

How To Add Inventory on Items
