View a PARKS DIRECT member's residency and age verification documents

Updated on

PARKS DIRECT members need to upload documents that verify their place of residence and age before getting access to specific discounts, programs, and registration dates. On PARKS DIRECT, you can find a member’s uploaded documents in Household Management.

Go here to see which documents are eligible.

Go to this article to see how to update a member’s residency and age.

Household verification documents (residency and age documents) can be in one of two places.

Go to Household Management

1.  Log in to PARKS DIRECT and select Household Management on the sidebar menu. PARKS DIRECT will open the Household Management screen.

2.  Find the PARKS DIRECT member’s household using the search box at the top of the screen.

  • Enter a member's last name in the search box and then select Household Last Name. If you don’t have a member’s last name, you can search by Family Member, Household Number, Phone, Address, Email, etc.

3.  Double-click the member's household on the datagrid to enter their household management, or highlight the household’s row and then select Add. PARKS DIRECT will open the member’s Household Update screen.

Review two places for the verification documents

First, go to the Core tab

Select Member Details on Core tab's screen. It's on the bottom-left corner of the Primary Guardian area.

Select the Linked Documents/Waiver History tab. Documents a member has uploaded could be under the Uploaded Documents datagrid. Highlight a document on the datagrid then select View Document.

Second, go to Household Documents/Waiver History

On the Household Update screen, select the Household Documents/Waiver History tab.

If you’re on the Person Update screen, select Member Options > Back to Household to return to Household Update.

Documents that a member has uploaded could be under the Household Documents datagrid. Highlight a document on the datagrid then select View Document.

PARKS DIRECT members only need one residency verification document for their entire household. However, every member needs their own age verification document.

  1. To see other members in a household (family members), move down the Household Update screen until you see Additional Family Members.
  2. Highlight a family member’s row, then select Member Details on the Additional Family Members datagrid.
