In some cases, you may need to switch the primary person on an account. Changing the head of household on an account is a simple process.
Open Household Management.
- Search for the account you wish to manage.
- Click it to select it. The account will be highlighted.
- Click the Change Primary Guardian button.
Follow the directions of the Change Primary Guardian window:
The new primary guardian must exist on the account already. If they don't, maintain the household and add them before attempting this process.
