How To Sell Non-Barcoded Items
Updated onArticle- Non-Barcoded items are those items that don't have barcodes for scanning but can still be sold to guest, as an individual item to a guest.
- Once logged into PARKS DIRECT you'll want to click on Global Sales
- Instead of searching for a clients household you'll want to select Daily/Guest Household, located at the bottom of the screen.

Modifying a Firm Rental
Updated onArticleIn some cases, you'll need to modify rentals that have already been entered into the database:
- Apply rental extra fees
- Charge a different rental fee entirely
- Take additional payments
- Change date/time
- Change location
These actions can be done simply from the Global Sales module.

POS Service
Updated onArticleService items are processed in Global Sales through the POS Service tab. Note that in some cases it may be necessary to link service items to Households, but in this example, the daily guest household is selected. We will be selling a transportation fee in this example. Select the desired item from the data grid by clicking on it. Click the add to cart button.
