Tee Time Generation

In order to generate Tee Times:

  1. Type "Tee Time Generation" into the menu search bar.
  2. Select "Tee Time Generation".

1. Select 9 or 18 from 1st Hole Only as the Tee Time Type.

2. Select Enterprise Golf Course.

3. Generate TeeSheet by entering "Being Date" and "End Date". Also a "Being Time" and "End Time".

4. Enter appropriate "TeeTime Interval 1 (Minutes)". (Must match "Turn Time".)

5. Select days of the week under "Week Days".

6. "Skip Dates" blocks days the facility will be closed. (Ex: Christmas).

7. Check box "Allow WebTrac Reservations starting on 1st hole" if applicable.

8. Select "Process".

1. Select 9 Hole Course - 18 Hole Reservations as the Tee Time Type.

2. Select the golf course you would like to generate tee times for.

3. Generate TeeSheet by entering "Being Date" and "End Date". Also a "Being Time" and "End Time".

4. Enter appropriate "TeeTime Interval 1 (Minutes)". (Must match "Turn Time".)

5. Select days of the week under "Week Days".
