How to Reset Your PARKS DIRECT Password

Updated on

If you get locked out, call the Help Desk to have your login unlocked. The Help Desk will unlock logins over the phone but will not give out passwords.

You will need access to the email account we have on file for your PARKS DIRECT login in order to receive the password reset code.

Start by clicking the Forgot Password? button.

Forgot Password button highlighted below Sign In on RecTrac login screen.

This will bring you to a screen that asks for the primary email address associated with your account. Enter your PGPARKS email address if you have one, otherwise enter the personal email address you provided to the Help Desk.

Click Continue.
